LICP HUBS are located in various regions of Long Island.  Each HUB has the capacity to educate, loan traps, direct individuals to low cost participating Veterinarians, humane organizations and rescue groups who offer free or low cost spay/neuter certificates.  Some HUBS offer trapping and Rescue assistance as well.  To learn more about the assistance a HUB has to offer, follow the link to view their page or contct them dirrectly.
