- Able to hold before and after surgery for recuperation
Every Monday, cats are transported to Island Rescue Veterinary facility for spay/neuter/rabies/distemper 3:1/ear tipped for a fee of $50, then returned to Save A Pet for recuperation.
Save A Pet has arranged with Island Rescue that they can send the test kits for FeLv/FIV: combo test, and ear mite treatment, Acarexx, which the cats, according to need, can be tested and treated, without being charged by Island Rescue.
